Exponential "Expos & Museums" offers Project Management from Design, Content Development and Film Production, Construction and Maintenance, and Operation & Management. We bring together the best teams for each area and work closely with local construction companies and fitters which have passed our auditing procedure. Our staff was responsible for the Project Management of the United Arab Emirates Pavilion (Gold Medal Winner), Saudi Arabia Pavilion (Silver Medal Winner) at the EXPO 2008 in Spain and for the Portugal Pavilion (Gold Medal Winner) at the EXPO 2010 in China. Our winning projects are mainly emotion factories which are based on experiences where the visitor is an active element. The Expo Pavilion is a three-dimensionalization of a country or brand with a onetime reality of only maximum six months run. The EXPO Project must be successful since there is no second chance to increase business and tourism. The audience is universal without regard to age, education and cultural level. For us, a Museum needs to host a long term exhibition where the guests can experience directly the nature of the Museum by manual, mental and cultural interactivity. Exponential "Multimedia & Shows" works with the awards winning Media Artist Andree Verleger who was the only German within the creative team for the opening ceremony of the 29th Olympic Summer Games in Beijing in 2008. Andree has worked closely with the Chinese film director Zhang Yimou (Raise the red lantern, hero) for this project which was seen by far more than 1 billion spectators worldwide. Andree works also in Europe, Russia, and the Middle East, where he has designed the opening ceremonies of the Formula One race track in Abu Dhabi and the new airport in Dubai. Andree fascinates by breaking existing patterns of perception and gently stamping new images into the viewers mind. His images make room for the startling and new, so integrating the viewers creative energy. This energy is the access code for concentrated attention.
